About the Project
Introducing the Project Varšavská 29
These luxurious flats, situated on the 5th and 6th floor of a fully renovated 19th-century building, are located in the very centre of the city overlooking the Prague panorama from Pankrác to the Prague Castle. They are located on a very quiet street that is only a five-minute walk from náměstí Míru (literally ‘peace square’ in Czech) and the famous Gröbovka Park.
The high standard of the flats is demonstrated not only in the architectural design of the entire project, but also in: the interiors, materials used, equipment, individual utility rooms in the building cellar and a modern, silent lift.
Prague, Vinohrady – a sought-after residential area dating back to the late 19th century that is known for its unique atmosphere and rich cultural life in the form of theatres and cinemas, stylish cafes and restaurants, student bars as well as Havlíčkovy and Riegrovy sady (parks); both green oases in the city centre.
A number of prominent artists and personalities hail from this area including: Josef and Karel Čapek, Miroslav Horníček, Lubomír Lipský, Emil Kolben, Ladislav Šaloun, Jaroslav Hašek, Fráňa Šrámek, Karel Václav Rais and Ota Pavel.
In the immediate vicinity of Varšavská Street, there are numerous primary and secondary schools – both state-run and private. Also close, the Children and Youth Centre offers a selection of artistic and leisure activities for children. And adults can save significant time dealing with various formalities thanks to the proximity to the Prague 2 City Hall located at náměstí Míru.
